Shipping and Handling

Free Shipping on orders over $100

Please note: When standard shipping is selected, vCigar.com determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to. All orders must be sent to a physical street address, NO P.O. BOXES OR A.P.O BOXES please. We cannot ship your order without a street address

Returns

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must immediately contact our customer service department at sales@vcigar.com for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Note: we do not accept half-smoked cigars as damaged material.

How do I return an order?
You must contact us within 30 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time. Then you must request a return authorization from our customer service department at sales@vcigar.com. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit less shipping and restocking fee. Note: we must receive the returned cigars in unopened packaging and we will not accept damaged cigars that have been opened or are missing cigars.

Orders outside the US may be subject to Taxes and/or other charges. Please check with your courties custom Office to avoid any unexpected fees.
